JOB DESCRIPTION (See link to the full job description in the blue box)
- University degree in computer science equivalent to Master's.
- At least eight years of experience in positions related to the functions listed above.
- Demonstrated organisational and project management abilities with proven track record in delivering large IT projects.
- Proven ability to supervise staff in applications development.
- Good knowledge of and experience in budget preparation, execution and control.
- In-depth knowledge of current development and project management methods in IT, notably in the field of software architecture.
- Experience in current IT methodologies, standards and techniques, systems design, development, implementation and integration, selection and acquisition of systems and services, and management of projects.
- Extensive knowledge of web application development tools and technologies in the area of process digitalization, workflows, collaborations.
- Experience designing and operating collaboration platforms, Digital Engineering / Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, web applications and web portal solutions.
- Good understanding of AI technologies such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing and their integration challenges.
- Experience with all aspects of applications exposed on public and private networks, (such as the internet), specifically IS security, reliability and availability.
- Experience in the cloud and hybrid cloud solutions for the platforms under the Branch responsibility.

POST DETAILS
- Basic monthly salary: EUR 11 231.51, tax free - before insurance and pension contributions.

Qualified redundant NATO civilian candidates of the same grade will be considered in priority.
Interviews are expected to be held approximately six weeks after the application closing date. The Talent Acquisition and Development Office shall let you know in due course the outcome of the screening process.
