• Bachelor’s level qualification from a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years' post-related experience. Alternatively, the lack of a Bachelor’s level qualification may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate’s particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to the Agency, and include at least 6 years' extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post.
• Organisational and project management ability; proven ability to work as a member of multi-national/multi-disciplinary teams (including contractors), dealing with complex, interrelated technical issues.
• Proven ability to analyse and document IS concepts and architectures.
• Broad knowledge of web technologies, including but not limited to Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP), Extensible Markup Language (XML), JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), JavaScript frameworks as Angular and React, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and HyperText Markup Language Version 5 (HTML5).
• Knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) design, optimization, indexing and cataloguing.
• Broad knowledge of the latest development tools and techniques: Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET and Structured Query Language (SQL) in an environment consisting of MS Windows servers, MS Internet Information Services (IIS) servers and MS-SQL servers.
• Knowledge of application design methods, tools and Unified Modeling Language (UML).
• Broad knowledge of modern application architectures as Model View Controller (MVC), Micro-Services architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and others.
• Very good understanding of the cyber security concepts in relation to web technologies and web solutions.
• Knowledge and understanding of network, security and hardware infrastructure design applied in an eBusiness/web application environment.
• NATO's official languages are English and French. The work of this post requires fluency in English, while working knowledge of French is desirable.

POST DETAILS

• Basic monthly salary: EUR 7 849.98, tax free - before insurance and pension contributions.
