- Assisting in executing L-coded Buyer activities such as executing relevant contract administration, preparing Purchase Orders (POs) against the appropriate Outline Agreements (OAs) and stand-alone POs, and handling other related technical contractual matters.
- Processing requisitions and Service Notifications (SNs) and taking necessary supply or maintenance actions in order to meet the requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Assisting in creating and processing Purchase Requisitions (PRs), material and service master data in the Agency’s enterprise software (SAP) for operational material and executing other administrative related transactions, as required.
- Reviewing contractor invoices and supporting documents for compliance with contractual, logistics and technical requirements prior to certification.
- Validating support services provided by contractors and reviewing technical specifications of contractor invoices and support documentation to ensure compliance with the guidelines stated in technical requirements.
- Evaluating customers' follow-up to ensure proper processing.
- Assisting in the development and provision of forecasts and cost projections for future requirements.
- Processing the customers and/or suppliers Discrepancy Reports (DRs)

- Basic monthly salary: EUR 3 586.64, tax free.
- This post is deployable. The incumbent of this post may be required to deploy or may be assigned to a remote location, to perform duties (inside or outside a theatre/deployment location) in support of Council approved operations/missions or in support of national or multinational operations/missions authorised by the Agency Supervisory Board of NSPO
