- Assisting in drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) which fully define the Real Life and Base Services that are requested including technical contractual requirements and coordinating the related Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Assisting in monitoring contractor performance to ensure that technical contractual conditions associated with the Real Life and Base Services such as cleaning, laundry, billeting, security, management of the NATO buildings, provision of vehicle rental and translation and interpretation services are met.
- Assisting in analysing contractor technical reports and test results to ensure conformity with technical and contractual requirements, and making appropriate recommendations for further action.
- Assisting in reviewing and submitting reports and analyses in support of existing or proposed projects.
- Assisting in developing and implementing a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
- Assisting in determining requirements forecasts and contributing to preparing the annual operational budget requirements.
- Assisting in preparing statistical and other management reports and providing customers with reports and analyses as required.

Moreover, due to the broad interest in NSPA and the large number of potential candidates, telephone or email enquiries cannot be dealt with.
The Agency would appreciate it if addressee countries could provide their support by submitting candidates whose security clearance can be effected (or confirmed) rapidly and who could report for duty as soon as possible after selection.
- Basic monthly salary: EUR 6 105.18, tax free.
- This post is deployable. The incumbent of this post may be required to deploy or may be assigned to a remote location, to perform duties (inside or outside a theatre/deployment location) in support of Council approved operations/missions or in support of national or multinational operations/missions authorised by the Agency Supervisory Board of NSPO.
