- University degree or equivalent education.
- Practical experience in operational logistics, to include planning and financial aspects, at staff or middle management level in a sizeable organisation.
- Experience in the administration of contracts.
- Ability to contribute to the analysis of large amounts of data, to synthesize and present conclusions and recommendations in a precise, concise and convincing manner.
- Minimum three years’ experience in military planning or out-of-area operations. Acceptable alternative: Minimum three years of planning experience in the commercial sector supporting decision making activities.
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) standards and policies.
- Practical knowledge in the area of planning, acquisition and maintenance of military infrastructure in-theatre.
- Knowledge of resource management related to logistic support activities, base operations support and/or public works.

Moreover, due to the broad interest in NSPA and the large number of potential candidates, telephone or email enquiries cannot be dealt with.
The Agency would appreciate it if addressee countries could provide their support by submitting candidates whose security clearance can be effected (or confirmed) rapidly and who could report for duty as soon as possible after selection.
- Basic monthly salary: EUR 7 599.21, tax free.
- This post is deployable. The incumbent of this post may be required to deploy or may be assigned to a remote location, to perform duties (inside or outside a theatre/deployment location) in support of Council approved operations/missions or in support of national or multinational operations/missions authorised by the Agency Supervisory Board of NSPO.
