- University degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering and relevant professional experience obtained during minimum five years of experience in civil, electrical or mechanical engineering and/or in the construction of military infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of deployment engineering requirements.
- Proficiency in technical report writing and SOW writing.
- Experience in administration of contracts and in project management.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) standards and policies.
- Ability to facilitate/present persuasively and negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Experience in system engineering practice, project management and the administration of contracts.
- Good knowledge of the Agency's role within NATO.
- Knowledge of technical support software, such as AutoCAD.

- Basic monthly salary: EUR 7 599.21, tax free.
- This post is deployable. The incumbent of this post may be required to deploy or may be assigned to a remote location, to perform duties (inside or outside a theatre/deployment location) in support of Council approved operations/missions or in support of national or multinational operations/missions authorised by the Agency Supervisory Board of NSPO.
