- University degree in Safety/Quality/Environmental, equivalent education, or relevant professional experience.
- Minimum three years’ experience in the field of OHS and/or Quality Assurance and minimum two years’ experience in an aviation organisation.
- Very good analytical skills, ability to show sensitivity to problems and ability to lead problem-solving initiatives.
- Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills and excellent negotiation abilities.
- Ability to develop resourceful and effective solutions to problems (including personnel), focus on team performance goals and track metrics to measure performance improvements.
- Excellent knowledge of ISO 45001 standard implementation and evaluation / Lead Auditor qualification.
- Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001 standard implementation and evaluation.
- Thorough knowledge of ISO 19011 standard and auditing/compliance monitoring experience in an aviation environment.
- Good knowledge of ISO14001 standard.
- Knowledge of Safety and Risk Management Standards.
- Ability to serve as the NAM PO spokesperson on projects in the area of EOHS.

- Basic monthly salary: HUF 2,097,011.00, tax free.
