- A Bachelor’s level qualification from a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years' post-related experience. Alternatively, the lack of a Bachelor’s level qualification may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate’s particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to the Agency, and include at least 6 years' extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post.
- Proven practical experience in technical and contractual requirements for the management of specialized projects.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) standards and policies.
- Ability and willingness to work in a multi-functional civil/military organization.
- Ability to promote international cooperation and to participate in and chair large international meetings effectively.
- Ability to develop resourceful and effective solutions to problems (including personnel), focus on team performance goals and track metrics to measure performance improvements.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in creating and developing diverse, inclusive and high performing teams through the application of inclusive leadership principles and practice.

- Basic monthly salary: EUR 7,242.23, tax free.
