- Secondary education and 3 years' post-related experience, or an equivalent education combined with an appropriate amount of relevant, professional experience.
- Knowledge of using ERP systems.
- Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint).
- Good understanding of Federal Logistic (FED LOG) and MILitary STandard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP).
- Familiarity with aircraft/equipment technical data publications.
- Very good knowledge of Excel.
- NATO's official languages are English and French. The work of this post is conducted in English, therefore fluency in that language is essential.

Moreover, due to the broad interest in NSPA and the large number of potential candidates, telephone or email enquiries cannot be dealt with.
The Agency would appreciate it if addressee countries could provide their support by submitting candidates whose security clearance can be effected (or confirmed) rapidly and who could report for duty as soon as possible after selection.
- Basic monthly salary: EUR 4 668.56, tax free - before insurance and pension contributions.
