- Maintaining strong working relations with U.S. authorities to ensure compliance with US procedures [including Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales], export/import regulations, and licensing requirements in coordination with the Senior Officer (Customs and Transport Compliance)
- Serving as the primary point of contact for NATO authorities on-site, including Allied Command Transformation (ACT), and maintaining direct engagement with the NSPA office at ACT
- Expertise in U.S. export compliance, FMS procedures, and customs regulations including NATO specific regulations.
- Strong experience in logistics operations, contract management, and stakeholder coordination
- Overseeing the logistics flow for shipments transiting through the U.S. and ensuring adherence to operational standards.
- Participating in regular LS Transport Branch meetings and maintaining close collaboration with the offices of the division, particularly Quality and Customs Compliance
- Experience in contractor performance monitoring, risk assessment, and process optimization

The Agency would appreciate it if addressee countries could provide their support by submitting candidates whose security clearance can be effected (or confirmed) rapidly and who could report for duty as soon as possible after selection.
- Basic monthly salary: USD 10 350.80, tax free.
