- University degree in engineering, equivalent education or relevant professional experience.
- Minimum five years of combined experience and familiarity with aspects of requirements capture, and specification of Air Vehicle systems with a strong knowledge of SATCOM Communications or UHF based radio communication. Experience and knowledge of managing engineering changes from concept to implementation.
- Ability to develop resourceful and effective solutions to problems (including personnel), focus on team performance goals and track metrics to measure performance improvements.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in creating and developing diverse, inclusive and high performing teams through the application of inclusive leadership principles and practice.
- Demonstrated organizational and project management abilities to successfully work as a member of multi-national/multi-disciplinary teams (including consultants), dealing with complex, interrelated technical issues.
- Ability to facilitate/present persuasively and negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
