- University degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering, equivalent education, or relevant professional experience.
- Experience as project engineer supporting complex military systems, in particular missile systems.
- Good knowledge of project management.
- Sound knowledge of Surface-to-Air Missile (SAM) systems, their platform interfaces, Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and logistic support concepts.
- Knowledge of STINGER specific logistic concepts, safety and security requirements and procedures.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) as applied in a military or similar civilian organisation.

Moreover, due to the broad interest in NSPA and the large number of potential candidates, telephone or email enquiries cannot be dealt with.
The Agency would appreciate it if addressee countries could provide their support by submitting candidates whose security clearance can be effected (or confirmed) rapidly and who could report for duty as soon as possible after selection.
- Basic monthly salary: EUR 7 599.21, tax free.
