General Qualifications
- University degree degree preferably in logistics or engineering, equivalent education, or relevant professional experience in logistics support management in a sizable organisation.
- Broad knowledge of military Air C2/CIS and/or AD(G) and/or GBAD and/or PATRIOT systems and associated equipment, more specifically radar and electronic equipment.
- Ability to facilitate/present persuasively and negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to develop resourceful and effective solutions to problems (including personnel), focus on team performance goals and track metrics to measure performance improvements.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in creating and developing diverse, inclusive and high performing teams through the application of inclusive leadership principles and practice.
- Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Specific Qualifications
- Very good knowledge of logistics support concepts, Support Chain Management and procedures for large distributed systems.
- Good knowledge of project management techniques and logistics acquisition procedures.
- Ability to analyse large amounts of data and to apply statistical methods and models in order to evaluate logistics scenarios.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
- NATO's official languages are English and French. The work of this post requires fluency in English, while working knowledge of French is desirable.

- Basic monthly salary: EUR 9 365,21 tax free.
