- Complete secondary education, equivalent education, or relevant professional experience.
- Minimum three years' experience in computer application development and knowledge of Distributed Data Processing.
- Thorough experience in software development and knowledge of telecommunications applications and distributed data processing.
- Good understanding of information management systems design and improvement, as related to TD processing.
- Good knowledge of Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) design and implementation.
- Experience in identification, storage and retrieval of TD, such as Configuration Management (CM) data.
- Good knowledge of web technologies and programming languages – preferably C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript, Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations (XSLT) as applied to IETM and CM solutions.
- Experience in the implementation of the Aerospace and Defence S-Series of specifications with a thorough knowledge (theoretical and practical) on S1000D.
- Software development capabilities in the latest version of the various technologies that are included in the Microsoft development stack [.NET Framework, ASP.NET, Windows Store Apps development, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)]. Good knowledge of AGILE methodology
