- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 1 year's post-related experience. Acceptable alternatives: secondary education and 3 years' post-related experience, or an equivalent education combined with an appropriate amount of relevant, professional experience
- Knowledge and experience in operating databases at user level.
- Ability to take meeting notes in one of the two official NATO languages.
- Experience and knowledge of logistics nomenclature, including inventory management

The Agency would appreciate it if addressee countries could provide their support by submitting candidates whose security clearance can be effected (or confirmed) rapidly and who could report for duty as soon as possible after selection.
- Basic monthly salary: EUR 4 917.72 tax free - before insurance and pension contributions.
