- University Degree in Engineering or relevant professional experience
- Proven experience in the field of Quality Management [application of ISO standards and the Allied Quality Assurance Publication (AQAP) 2000 Series] and Risk Management, preferably in a sizeable organisation.
- Experience in the area of Quality Assurance/ Quality Control in a military depot/workshop or in a similar civilian organisation.
- Experience in product/service acceptance activities.
- Proven experience of applied Risk Management, process review and improvement implementation activities.
- Knowledge of project management principles and methods with work experience in project management environments.
- NATO's two official languages are English and French. The work of this post is mainly conducted in English, therefore fluency in that language is essential and working knowledge of French is desirable.

- Basic monthly salary: EUR 7 599.21, tax free.
