- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline and 3 years' post-related experience. Acceptable alternatives: secondary education and 5 years' post-related experience, or an equivalent education combined with an appropriate amount of relevant, professional experience.
- Knowledge in the area of business automation, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) standards including the software/hardware environments and architecture using Microsoft Biztalk.
- Good knowledge of the latest development tools and techniques: Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, Microsoft .NET, Structured Query Language (SQL) and NoSQL database in an environment consisting of Microsoft server technologies and Microsoft SQL Servers.
- Knowledge of the secure development concepts and methods, cybersecurity threats and counter-measures in designing and maintaining eBusiness / web applications.
- Knowledge of the DevOps, Agile and SCRUM methodologies and frameworks.
- NATO's official languages are English and French. The work of this post requires fluency in English, while working knowledge of French is desirable.
