General Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources, equivalent education or relevant professional experience. .
- Minimum 5 years’ project management experience.
- Well-developed communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as a member of a cohesive team for the efficient accomplishment of defined processes and tasks.
- Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and priorities.
- Knowledge of risk management and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Solid change management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of programme and/or project management methodologies (e.g.: Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), PRINCE2®)
LANGUAGE QUALIFICATIONS
- NATO's two official languages are English and French. Both languages are important in the work of this post, therefore fluency in both languages is essential.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Programme or Project Management certification in one of the following methodologies: MSP, PMP, Prince2® Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
- Lean Six Sigma (LSS) certification.

- Basic monthly salary: 12:B5 - EUR 6 105.18, tax free.
14:B6 - EUR 6 948.26, tax free.
