- University degree in a relevant field of study (Law, Public or Business Administration, Human Resources) or equivalent education coupled with relevant professional experience.
- Good working experience in writing policies and procedures in the international private or public sector.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in creating and developing diverse, inclusive and high performing teams through the application of inclusive leadership principles and practice.
- Minimum eight years’ experience in an employee relations area.
- Developed sense of human relations and a high degree of maturity, diplomacy, discretion and sound judgment.
- Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; ability to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations.
- Knowledge and proven experience with the end-to-end staff employment lifecycle, from the selection and recruitment of a new employee to the off-boarding of departing staff.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong analytical thinking skills with demonstrated ability to synthesise data and determine trends.
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).
- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues effectively and with empathy and tact.

- Basic monthly salary: EUR 10 872.71, tax free.
