- A Master’s level qualification from a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 5 years' experience in Public Relations, Communications or Media in an international environment. Acceptable alternatives: Bachelor’s level qualification with 8 years' post-related experience, or an equivalent education combined with an appropriate amount of relevant, professional experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in creating and developing diverse, inclusive, empowered and high performing teams.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing communication strategies for large organizations with multiple and diverse target audiences.
- Significant familiarity with latest social media tools and digital communications.
- Experience in measuring the impact of communication activities.
- Experience in preparing and editing a diverse range of public relations materials
- NATO's official languages are English and French. The work of this post requires fluency in English while working knowledge of French is desirable.

- Basic monthly salary: EUR 10 872.71, tax free.
