- University degree in finance, accounting, business management, equivalent education, or relevant professional experience.
- Good knowledge of and experience in budget control.
- Well-developed communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to facilitate/present persuasively to gain buy-in and effective negotiations skills to achieve desired outcomes including business growth.
- Ability to multi-task, manage time and work effectively under pressure while producing high-quality products under short-notice deadlines.
- Knowledge of international public sector financial management.
- Knowledge, skills and abilities in the Agency’s enterprise software (SAP) system and related automated financial management tools.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating complex finance tasks.
