IMPORTANT NOTES
In accordance with the NATO employment regulations, the contract will be established for
a 6-month period. The working language will mainly be English.
The duty stations will be Afghanistan, Luxembourg or any other area as required.
The Talent Acquisition and Development Office shall let you know in due course the outcome of the screening process.
Moreover, due to the broad interest in NSPA and the large number of potential candidates, telephone or email enquiries cannot be dealt with.
The Agency would appreciate it if addressee countries could provide their support by submitting candidates whose security clearance can be effected (or confirmed) rapidly and who could report for duty as soon as possible after selection.
NSPA COVID MEASURES:
All deployable vacancy announcements include the requirement to be fully vaccinated at the time of receiving the offer of employment. No offer of employment shall be made to deployable candidates who refuse to be vaccinated.

- Completed Secondary School or equivalent education (e.g. high school or general education diploma) or industrial education training.
- A minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience in a petroleum logistic or management operation preferably in a military environment.
- Experience in the administration of contracts and in project management.
- Knowledge of quality assurance standards and policies.
- Knowledge of information systems at end-user level with experience in using personal computers and software packages.
- Good knowledge of one of the two official NATO languages and working knowledge of the other.
- National military training in POL management or demonstrable equivalent.
- Recent experience in operational fuel management.
- An understanding of NATO fuels governance and policy-making bodies would be beneficial.
- Recent operational tours/assignments would be beneficial.
- A valid driving license.
- The Incumbent must hold, or be able to obtain, a valid "NATO SECRET" security clearance.
- Contract duration: 6 months (on-call)
- Level: III
- Fee: 339 EUR/day
