- University degree in an aeronautical engineering domain or closely related discipline, or relevant professional experience.
- At least five years of experience in defence acquisition programmes, research and development, or capability development environments.
- Experience in major or complex defence acquisition programmes, ideally including concept and development stage activities.
- Technical experience in aircraft engineering, maintenance, or operating military aerospace platforms and systems, and preferably military rotorcraft domain.
- Technical knowledge of either air vehicle systems, mission systems, open systems architectures, or digital engineering methods and approaches.
- Ability to efficiently participate in large international meetings.
- Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience using MS Project would be an advantage.

POST DETAILS
- It is intended to establish a diverse range of experience within the NGRC Programme Office including, but not limited to, air vehicle systems, mission systems, digital engineering and architectures, and operational experience of military rotorcraft (e.g. aircrew). The technical perimeter of responsibilities for each post will be based on relevant technical and acquisition experience, knowledge and skills of the individual incumbents.
- Basic monthly salary 15:A2 EUR 7,370.72, tax free; 17:A3 EUR 9,083.62, tax free.
- Posts to be filled subject to final approval.
- These positions are required for a limited time and the incumbents of these posts will be offered a definite duration contract until 31 December 2029.
