- University degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent education, or relevant professional experience.
- Thorough training in procurement methods and knowledge of price analysis methods.
- Sound experience in contract operations in the procurement division of a sizeable organisation.
- Ability to manage time and work effectively under pressure while producing quality products under short-notice deadlines.
- Ability to develop resourceful and effective solutions to problems (including personnel), ability to focus team on performance goals and expectations, to track metrics and measure performance, and to engage problems early to mitigate risk and redirect performance.
- Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)..

POST DETAILS
- Basic monthly salary: 15:A2: EUR 7,599.21, tax free.
- Within this pool there are some post which are deployable: Deployment will be expected to specified areas in support of approved operations/missions throughout the contractual period.
