  • A Master’s level qualification from a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 5 years' post-related experience. Acceptable alternatives: Bachelor’s level qualification with 8 years' post related experience, or an equivalent education combined with an appropriate amount of relevant, professional experience 
  • Thorough experience in both the administration and management of contracts, including government / public sector / infrastructure / military-type contracts at senior staff or management level in an international organisation, a national public administration (civil or military) or the private sector. 
  • Knowledge of quality control and quality assurance techniques in the area of contracting.
  • Ability to facilitate/present persuasively to gain buy-in and effective negotiations skills to achieve desired outcomes. 
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time and work effectively under pressure while producing high-quality products under short-notice deadlines. 
  • Ability to develop resourceful and effective solutions to problems (including personnel), focus on team performance goals and track metrics to measure performance improvements. 
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in creating and developing diverse, inclusive and high performing teams through the application of inclusive leadership principles and practice. 
  • Minimum four years’ experience in management and supervision of a sizeable dedicated team of procurement professionals.

POST DETAILS

  • Basic monthly salary: EUR 11 231.51, tax free - before insurance and pension contributions.
  • This post will become vacant as of 01 June 2027.
  • (Definite Duration) This position is required for a limited time and the incumbent of this post will be offered a definite duration contract.
