  • University degree in aircraft/aerospace engineering, equivalent education or relevant experience.
  • Minimum five years’ of combined experience in autonomous and/or unscrewed systems maintenance and logistics in a sizeable civilian or military organization.
  • Experience and familiarity with aspects of requirements capture, and specification of aircraft systems, preferably Uncrewed Aerial Vehicle (UAV) or other autonomous/uncrewed
  • Experience in complex multi-disciplined projects in a large multi-national contract environment.
  • Experience at least in three IPS/ILS disciplines within DMSMS & Obsolescence, Technical Publications, Material Management/Supply Support/DLM, maintenance planning, FMEA/FMECA, Configuration Management, Maintenance Task Analysis, SW Task Analysis and Training management.
  • Ability to facilitate/present persuasively and negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently, to be self-motivated and to be able to prepare logical and clear reports for management decision-making
  • Very good analytical, writing, communication skills and the ability to conduct complex operational, compliance and performance assessments.
  • Ability to develop resourceful and effective solutions to problems (incuding personnel), to focus team on performance goals and expectations, to track metrics and measure performance, and to engage problems early to mitigate risk and redirect performance.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in creating and developing diverse, inclusive and high performing teams through the application of inclusive leadership principles and practice. Very good analytical, writing, communication skills and the ability to conduct complex operational, compliance and performance assessments.

POST DETAILS
  • Basic monthly salary: EUR 9,365.21, tax free.
  • These positions are required for a limited time and the incumbents of these posts will be offered a definite duration contract.
