- University degree in Management or Engineering, equivalent education, or relevant professional experience.
- Experience in coordinating, planning, and controlling functions acquired in the Agency or in a similar organisation.
- Well-developed communication skills (written and oral and presentation).
- Ability to identify and analyse data to obtain relevant business information in support of decision-making.
- Knowledge of project management methods and tools.
- Ability to orchestrate and implement clear, efficient and logical approaches to work, to manage assignments, objectives and time.
- Ability to review and provide insightful input for executive-level consumption in ambiguous, fast-evolving and complex situations.
- Very good knowledge and understanding of the principles of business operations management and performance management and analysis.
- Familiarity with maintenance, repair and overhaul processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels of the organisation and to be tactful, diplomatic and flexible in approaching problems and issues.
- Ability to summarise information in high quality reports and presentations, appropriately tailored to the audience to which they are addressed.
