- Complete secondary school.
- Personal suitability and the relevant experience providing administrative support acquired as an administrative assistant or secretary after three to five years in the Agency or in a similar organisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Good communication skills and a sense of diplomacy when dealing with persons inside and outside the Agency at all levels and of different nationalities.
- Experience in the organisation of conferences, meetings and social events and/or office administration.

- Basic monthly salary: EUR 5 364.39, tax free.
