General Qualifications
- University degree, equivalent education, or relevant professional experience.
- Minimum five years’ experience as a risk manager or leader with an enterprise wide portfolio, preferably in an international private sector or public sector environment of scale with a broad product portfolio, and significant risk management exposure.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), with a proven ability to write English quickly and to a very high standard.
- Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Specific Qualifications
- A Risk Management, Auditing or Assurance qualification (e.g. IFAC, IRM, CIA, CISA).
- Experience in communicating risk management analysis at the highest levels of an organisation.
- Experience in driving risk management in complex environments.
LANGUAGE QUALIFICATIONS
- NATO's official languages are English and French. The work of this post requires fluency in English, while working knowledge of French is desirable
