- Assisting in developing and maintaining contract management databases for the projects assigned to the Section
- Tracking and recording Lead-Time and Turn-Around-Time (TAT) of the relevant Purchase Orders (POs)
- Assisting in administering and monitoring transportation activities
- Following-up logistic activities ordered under Sales Agreements
- Liaising with customers and industries involved in the UAS for resolution of technical issues
- Proven knowledge in and experience of Electro Optical and Infrared Sensors
- Proven records of UAS operational and maintenance activities
- Knowledge of Commercial Software Suites specifically for databases and spreadsheets

- Basic monthly salary: EUR 5 234.80, tax free.
- This post is deployable. The incumbent of this post may be required to deploy or may be assigned to a remote location, to perform duties (inside or outside a theatre/deployment location) in support of Council approved operations/missions or in support of national or multinational operations/missions authorised by the Agency Supervisory Board of NSPO.
