  • University degree in a relevant field of study or relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in planning, developing, and executing complex contracting and/or procurement strategies (including best-value contracts) and demonstrating warranted signatory authority to enter into contracts consistent with the needs of the organization for which service is being provided.
  • Thorough training in procurement methods and price analysis.
  • Ability to facilitate/present persuasively and negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes through discussion with a proposed contractor on the price and performance terms.
  • Ability to manage time and work effectively under pressure while producing quality products under shortnotice deadlines.
  • Ability to develop resourceful and effective solutions to problems (including personnel), focus on team performance goals and track metrics to measure performance improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in creating and developing diverse, inclusive and high performing teams through the application of inclusive leadership principles and practice.

  • Basic monthly salary:
  • 15:A2: EUR 7,599.21, tax free.
  • 17:A3: EUR 9,365.21, tax free.

Interviews are expected to be held approximately six weeks after the application closing date. The Talent Acquisition and Development Office shall let you know in due course the outcome of the screening process.
