- University degree in a relevant field of study or relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in planning, developing, and executing complex contracting and/or procurement strategies (including best-value contracts) and demonstrating warranted signatory authority to enter into contracts consistent with the needs of the organization for which service is being provided.
- Thorough training in procurement methods and price analysis.
- Ability to facilitate/present persuasively and negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes through discussion with a proposed contractor on the price and performance terms.
- Ability to manage time and work effectively under pressure while producing quality products under shortnotice deadlines.
- Ability to develop resourceful and effective solutions to problems (including personnel), focus on team performance goals and track metrics to measure performance improvements.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in creating and developing diverse, inclusive and high performing teams through the application of inclusive leadership principles and practice.

- Basic monthly salary:
- 15:A2: EUR 7,599.21, tax free.
- 17:A3: EUR 9,365.21, tax free.
