- Acting as the Site Executive Officer or the Site Liaison Officer when deployed, if required.
- Assisting in managing the planning, implementation, organisation and coordination of the day-to-day oversight of logistics operations at various locations.
- Monitoring contractor performance to ensure technical and contractual requirements are fulfilled, proposing corrective actions and reporting to the Chief of Branch.
- Coordinating/evaluating/establishing customer requirements.
- Carrying out regular inspections and assessments of contracted services to ensure compliance with international quality, safety and environmental standards and regulations.
- Coordinating and managing the Staff providing technical advice for the provision of Real Life Support and Base Services including the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) and assessing tenders submitted by vendors.
- Carrying out regular inspections and assessments of installations to ensure compliance with international quality, safety and environmental standards and regulations.
- Establishing, publishing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ordering the publication of rules and regulations

POST DETAILS
- Basic monthly salary: EUR 9 365.21, tax free.
- This post is deployable. The incumbent of this post may be required to deploy or may be assigned to a remote location, to perform duties (inside or outside a theatre/deployment location) in support of Council approved operations/missions or in support of national or multinational operations/missions authorised by the Agency Supervisory Board of NSPO.
