  • Assisting in studies and in analysing the flow of repair and supply activities and preparing inputs for the projects for internal use and/or presentation to the customers.
  • Providing inputs in liaison with the procurement and financial representatives dedicated to the Programme Office and updating documentation for customer use.
  • Supporting analyses of the existing Agency's enterprise software (SAP) work procedures, proposing improvements and preparing reports for the designated supervisor.
  • Assisting in preparing briefings and other information for customers on all aspects of maintenance operations.
  • Assisting in preparing workload forecasts and budget estimates, and monitoring the actual cost of system support activities against the forecast.
  • Very good knowledge of SAP, especially of the SAP logistics modules and their application
  • Executing relevant contract administration, monitoring workload input progress to the contractors and executing production and delivery control for all projects managed in the Office

POST DETAILS
  • Basic monthly salary: EUR 6 105.18, tax free.
  • This post is deployable. The incumbent of this post may be required to deploy or may be assigned to a remote location, to perform duties (inside or outside a theatre/deployment location) in support of Council approved operations/missions or in support of national or multinational operations/missions authorised by the Agency Supervisory Board of NSPO.

Qualified redundant NATO civilian candidates of the same grade will be considered in priority.

Interviews are expected to be held approximately six weeks after the application closing date. The Talent Acquisition and Development Office shall let you know in due course the outcome of the screening process.

Moreover, due to the broad interest in NSPA and the large number of potential candidates, telephone or email enquiries cannot be dealt with.
