  • Assisting in drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) which fully define the food-related services or materiel requested including definition of technical contractual requirements and coordinating the related Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Assisting in monitoring contractor performance to ensure that technical contractual conditions associated with the delivery of food-related services such as the management of Dining Facilities (DFACs), and the provision of meals to include drinking water, are fulfilled and proposing corrective actions as required.
  • Assisting in analysing contractor technical reports and test results to ensure conformity with technical and contractual requirements, and making appropriate recommendations for further action.
  • Assisting in preparing financial reports and analyses concerning project activities.
  • Assisting in reviewing and submitting reports and analyses in support of existing or proposed projects.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
  • Assisting in preparing statistical and other management reports and providing customers with reports and analyses as required

POST DETAILS
  • Basic monthly salary: EUR 6 105.18, tax free.
  • This post is deployable. The incumbent of this post may be required to deploy or may be assigned to a remote location, to perform duties (inside or outside a theatre/deployment location) in support of Council approved operations/missions or in support of national or multinational operations/missions authorised by the Agency Supervisory Board of NSPO.
  • (Definite Duration) This position is required for a limited time and the incumbent of this post will be offered a definite duration contract.
  • (Definite Tenure) Initial duration of the assignment will be for 3 years. The contract may be renewed, but will not exceed the definite tenure of 9 years.

Qualified redundant NATO civilian candidates of the same grade will be considered in priority.

Moreover, due to the broad interest in NSPA and the large number of potential candidates, telephone or email enquiries cannot be dealt with.
