- Preparing technical specifications, Statements of Work (SOWs), specific contractual requirements and other documents required to implement agreed transportation and warehousing support activities in line with customers' requirements.
- Coordinating and executing technical evaluations of bids and ensuring obligations towards the Agency are correctly and promptly fulfilled
- Monitoring contractor performance to ensure that technical, contractual and Quality Assurance (QA) conditions are fulfilled, and proposing corrective action as required
- Performing feasibility studies on new projects as required for marketing effort and managing the projects assigned to the Division.
