- A Bachelor’s level qualification from a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years' post-related experience. Alternatively, the lack of a Bachelor’s level qualification may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate’s particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to the Agency, and include at least 6 years' extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post.
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of production and logistics management, preferably acquired in a multinational missile programme.
- Knowledge of and experience in project management and ability to train and transfer knowledge to NSPA or customer personnel.
- Experience in drafting technical/engineering requirements for military systems acquisition or modifications.
- Sound knowledge of air launched missile systems, their platform interfaces, Ground Support Equipment (GSE), logistics support concepts and surveillance programmes.
- Good knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- Willingness to maintain proficiency and skills with the aim to remain current concerning technological advances.
