- Completed secondary education, equivalent education, or relevant professional experience.
- Experience in logistics normally acquired as a Technician after eight years in the Agency or in a similar organisation.
- Knowledge of modern logistics techniques including management through automation support.
- Excellent and proven in depth knowledge of the Agency's standard SAP processes and proven experience in the application of the standards needed to process regular and complex requirements in SAP, preferably acquired as a Super User or a highly qualified user.
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA.
- Knowledge of Quality Control (QC) methods and procedures.
- Good knowledge or experience in developing and managing a training programme.

- Basic monthly salary: EUR 6 948.26, tax free.
