- Act as the single point of contact for all NSPA-related issues at NSATU HQ.
- Participate in meetings and conferences as required, including meetings as directed by the Director Support to Operations and in coordination with NSATU
- Assist in preparing reports and analyses concerning NSPAs support to Ukraine, and updating NSATU HQ on delivery timelines for projects.
- Attend the NSATU synchronisation and coordination meetings feeding back pertinent information to NSPA Operations Centre
- Provide functional expertise to NSATU’s planning processes in logistics, medical, engineering, and infrastructure.
- Provide specialist expertise for reviewing and submitting reports and analyses in support of ongoing or potential NSATU missions and tasks.
- Support NSATU in the development of Statements of Requirements (SORs) and technical specifications.
POST DETAILS
- This post is deployable. The incumbent of this post may be required to deploy or may be assigned to a remote location, to perform duties (inside or outside a theatre/deployment location) in support of Council approved operations/missions or in support of national or multinational operations/missions authorised by the Agency Supervisory Board of NSPO.
- Contract duration: 6 months
- Level: II
- Daily fee per worked day: (to select) II 378€

IMPORTANT NOTES
In accordance with the NATO employment regulations, the contract will be established for
a 6-month period. The working language will mainly be English.
The duty stations will be Afghanistan, Luxembourg or any other area as required.

Moreover, due to the broad interest in NSPA and the large number of potential candidates, telephone or email enquiries cannot be dealt with.
