• Completed post-secondary or equivalent education. 
• Two years’ experience in security matters, preferably acquired within NATO or another international organization. 
• Experience in the administration and delivery of NATO security support services. 
• Knowledge of NATO policy and directives governing Personnel Security and Classified Information. 
• Experience tracking metrics and performance measuring, analysing and collating data from various sources and databases. 
• Proven experience in KPI analytics.
• Knowledge of PSC processes and Classified Information handling. 
• Demonstrated knowledge in project management, metric tracking and performance management.

POST DETAILS

• Basic monthly salary B4: EUR 5 541.41, tax free - before insurance and pension contributions.
• Basic monthly salary B5: EUR 6 306.65, tax free - before insurance and pension contributions.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Qualified redundant NATO civilian candidates of the same grade will be considered in priority.

Interviews are expected to be held approximately six weeks after the application closing date. The Talent Acquisition and Development Office shall let you know in due course the outcome of the screening process.

Moreover, due to the broad interest in NSPA and the large number of potential candidates, telephone or email enquiries cannot be dealt with.
